KCC Famer's Market and Ward Centers Farmer's Market

Episode 1: KCC and Ward Famer's Market

On our first episode we visited two farmer's markets that are very popular on Oahu. One being the KCC Farmer's Market and second being the Kaka'ako Farmer's Market. Both farmer's markets provided lots of food, plants and miscellaneous booths. KCC market had more selections but Kaka'ako market had more space to look around without bumping into anyone.

Kapiolani Community College Farmer's Market

KCC Farmer's Market is located at Kapiolani Community College, 4303 Diamond Head Rd. The Market was filled with people lined up at the gates before it even opened. It was raining, yet many people still came. KCC Farmer's Market is open every Saturdays from 8:00am to 11:00am. There were lots of booths and awesome food. Deni and Karie were able to try the Pesto Grill Pizza from Pesto Grill booth.

Kaka'ako Farmer's Market

Kaka'ako Farmer's Market also known as the Wards Centers Farmer's Market is located at  1240 Ala Moana Boulevard. It is open every Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. When we visited Ward Center's farmers market, we felt it had a more of a relax feeling. There wasn't as much booths or people as KCC market but it was nice to get away from the crowd.
